Free white-glove delivery on every order, a 120-night home trial, and hassle-free returns. We make it easy to love your new furniture.

Free UK Delivery

Every SofaFlow order includes complimentary white-glove delivery to the room of your choice, anywhere on the UK mainland.

Our two-person delivery team will carry your furniture inside, unpack it, position it exactly where you want it, and remove all packaging materials.

Standard delivery takes 7-10 working days from order confirmation. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you and send an SMS reminder the morning of your delivery with a two-hour window.

For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands, delivery may take an additional 3-5 working days. A small surcharge may apply for remote postcodes — we will confirm any additional cost before you place your order.

Assembly

Most SofaFlow furniture arrives fully assembled and ready to enjoy. Simply sit down and relax.

Certain items, such as dining tables and bed frames, require light assembly. Clear instructions and all fixings are included, and our delivery team will complete the assembly for you at no extra charge.

If you would prefer to assemble the item yourself, just let the delivery team know and they will leave everything with you.

120-Night Home Trial

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That is why every SofaFlow product comes with a 120-night home trial.

If you change your mind within 120 nights of delivery, simply contact our team and we will arrange a free collection from your home. Once collected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

The item must be in a clean, undamaged condition consistent with normal domestic use. We cannot accept returns on bespoke or made-to-order items that have been personalised to your specifications.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size, colour, or product? We are happy to arrange an exchange within the 120-night trial period.

Contact our team at hello@sofaflow.com or call 020 7946 0123. We will collect the original item and deliver the replacement — both free of charge.

If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the balance accordingly.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take great care in packaging and transporting your furniture. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we have you covered.

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any visible damage to the delivery team immediately. For faults that appear later, contact us within 30 days.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. For minor cosmetic issues, we may offer a professional repair at no cost to you.

All SofaFlow products are covered by a 2-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. See our warranty terms for full details.
