Ampliflow Ltd builds and deploys this website and is responsible for its content, infrastructure, and any data captured through its enquiry forms.

2. Purpose of this website

SofaFlow.co.uk is a public showroom site. Its purpose is to illustrate, for furniture retailers and brand owners, what Ampliflow can deliver in 4–6 weeks: a modern storefront built on Next.js 16 with a headless Shopify back end, the Sofie AI shopping assistant (text and voice), and enterprise-grade performance, accessibility, and SEO.

Everything presented as “consumer commerce” on this website — product listings, pricing, reviews, delivery promises, trust badges, warranty terms — is demonstrative content designed to show how a real retailer’s site would look and behave on this stack. It is not an offer to sell goods or services to consumers.

3. No consumer transactions

The checkout, payment, delivery, and returns flows on this site are illustrative only. Ampliflow Ltd does not process consumer orders or payments through sofaflow.co.uk. If a consumer attempts to add items to the cart or proceed to checkout, they will be directed to a contact form or an information page, not to a live payment provider.

4. Contact enquiries via this website

Where a visitor submits a business enquiry through the For Retailers page or any other contact form, that submission is received by Ampliflow Ltd and handled as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We will only use submitted contact details to reply to the enquiry and discuss potential work, unless the visitor has explicitly opted in to further communications.

All content on this website — including text, imagery, the Sofie AI assistant’s conversational design, illustrations, component patterns, the SofaFlow name and brand marks, and the underlying source code — is the property of Ampliflow Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without our prior written consent. Screenshots of the site for commentary, research, or journalistic purposes are welcome.

Third-party trade marks referenced on the For Retailers page (for example, Shopify, Vercel, MrBeast, FIGS, Gymshark, Wayfair, Nike) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for illustrative comparison.

6. Third-party services

This site relies on the following third parties to operate:

• Vercel— hosting and edge delivery
• Convex— real-time backend for the Sofie AI assistant
• OpenAI— text-generation model powering Sofie’s chat
• Google Gemini Live— voice-conversation model powering Sofie’s voice mode
• Resend— transactional email delivery for enquiry-form submissions

Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy. Ampliflow Ltd acts as controller of any personal data routed through these services for the purpose of responding to enquiries.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the above, Ampliflow Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on content presented on this showroom site as if it were content of a live retail business, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website.

8. Availability & changes

We aim to keep this showroom available around the clock, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may update, redesign, retire, or replace any part of this website at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
